In my last post I talked about how the social networking arena has quickly grown into the number one way for companies to personally engage with their clients and customers. Quality content and interaction is what consumers are looking for, and you have the opportunity to acquire new loyal fans every day simply by tweeting, posting, or connecting.

 

Here are 3 insightful ways that you can use social networks to strengthen your company image and increase productivity quickly, easily, and cheaply.

 

  • Get connected to suppliers or industry leaders. Never has ‘following’ those you conduct business with, or whom you’d like to work with, been so simple.
  • Get to the bottom of it. Social media is a great way to discover and quickly resolve issues, effectively making a positive experience out of a negative one.
  • Get the news out. Spread the word about a big company change, open job position, new acquisition or partnership, or anything else everyone will want to hear about on the channel everyone’s already on.
