I just wanted to acknowledge great customer service by NPFulfilment. Their response time and willingness to work has been great. I contacted 10 different 3PL companies, only 3 got back to me, and Juan was one of the first ones. He sent me a quote, then we met pretty much within the next couple of days, and we got it all going. He showed me around, answered all my questions (there were so many!), always returned my calls and emails. Their Implementation team trained me on how to use the system.
Sue’s customer service has been outstanding! Not only she found the way to manage both my bulk and individual orders, but she has been extremely helpful, working extra hours (she was emailing me around 11pm during the week, and on Sunday!). Her attention to the detail is fantastic and she has been very patient with me, I can be difficult sometimes and ask the same questions, but that didn’t bother her. She is very efficient, professional, hard worker and very pleasant person to deal with.
So my experience overall with your company has been great, I am very grateful to be on board! Thank you.

In an industry (printing) that is surrounded by poor service you have been a standout supplier and I will recommend you to anyone who asks me in future.
